A Journey Back to Wholeness
From an early age, I experienced life differently from what school and society were teaching me. What I was being taught often felt hollow, offering little in the way of answers. It wasn’t until I discovered the Tao Te King at age 14 that something clicked — it felt like coming home to a more natural, balanced way of being, which made sense.
That first spark led me into years of exploration: Buddhism, Tibetan Buddhism, Dzogchen, Hermetic philosophy, and other ancient schools of wisdom. Despite their differences, I found a single thread running through them all — the invitation to live life as a whole, not in fragments.
Despite my best efforts to stick to one spiritual system,I couldn’t. I kept coming back to a foundation of early philosophies, enriched by new ones, each unveiling another wholistic layer of my life. That’s how The Wholistic Center took form — an idea evolving over decades. This is a place for those who feel the same calling. It’s a place to embrace the full spectrum of life, balance the inner and outer, and find your own spiritual “cocktail” through meditation, Reiki, ancient teachings, personal experience, and much more.
The “Wholistic” in our name (with a “W”) stands for the whole, for integration — not separation.
Here, you’ll find a mix of articles, podcasts, and a newsletter, all curated to inspire a more grounded, connected, and integrated approach to life.
